- All item are sold “As new” and have 6 months warranty, shipping charge is non-refundable. Used item is not eligible for full refund.
- Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery only if they are new, unused, complete, and include original packaging in re-sellable and re-shippable condition. No returns are accepted after 14 days from delivery date.
- If the item does not fit or is defective, full refund will be provided after customer returned the item within 14 days after receiving the item. Please contact us no later than 14 days after receiving the item, all sales are final after 14 days.
- If you want to return an item, that items can’t be modified or used in anyway, it must be returned in its original condition for a full refund and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
- Refund will be given as – Money back (for item only, shipping charge is non-refundable) or item exchange (buyer need to send us money for another shipping) – buyer’s choice.

- Buyer is responsible for original and return shipping or exchange costs along with any transaction fees.
- Items received that are not in good condition will be charged for any missing or damaged material (20%-50% depends of damaged level) or they will be returned to the customer if requested, at the customers expense. Unclaimed damaged returns will be destroyed. Unauthorized customers returns, or returns that are mis-shipped, mis-packaged, or mis-delivered will not be ‘tracked down’ and are not the responsibility of metal-goods.com company.
